  • Roger Hershman, NLA, Principal, brings more than 35 years of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management experience to engagements, ranging in size, complexity and scope from total corporate reorganizations to transportation cost improvements, from Fortune 10 companies to small family enterprises.  A graduate from West Point and the United States Army Command and General Staff College, he also has an extensive post-graduate education in organizational efficiency, logistics, plans, training, and operations.
  • David Hendrix, Managing Partner, is the former chief operating officer of two transportation and warehouse enterprises.  He has more than thirty years of experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.  He specializes in transportation/logistics/supply chain solutions development and implementation.  He received a BA in Business from the University of Kansas, and a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
  • Bob Sabath, Sabath Supply Chain, Of Counsel, is a recognized authority on logistics interfaces with customers and suppliers, as well as with internal business functions.  He has produced breakthrough results by rethinking operations, restructuring underperforming companies, growing market shares, reducing costs, and turning around troubled companies.  In his 35-year career, he is published more than 30 articles and has directed global consulting practices for three major consulting firms while serving over 100 leading corporations.  He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
  • Dennis Heminger, Senior Associate, is an accomplished logistics professional with more than 30 years experience in the manufacturing environment. His career has transcended distribution management, warehouse management, fleet management and demand planning.  Dennis has exceptionally strong data management, data processing, and transportation optimization capabilities. He has a Business Degree from Northwood University and continuing Education Logistic Studies from Penn State University.
  • Dee West, Senior Associates, is an operations generalist, with deep experience in all aspects of manufacturing and distribution operations.  He provides expertise in operations planning, management and control, information systems analysis, application design, development/selection and implementation.  He has a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.
  • Jim Reid, Senior Associate, is an accomplished logistics executive with more than 20 years of experience in the outsourced logistics industry, possessing a thorough understanding of the distribution, transportation management, supply chain technology and asset visibility markets.  Throughout his career he has served in a variety of operations, business development, product development and business strategy roles.  His areas of expertise include network design, distribution center layouts, inventory management, transportation optimization, reverse logistics and logistics process improvement.  He is a graduate of Valparaiso University.

His expertise includes GPS, Web services, EDI and other third-party integration projects His information technology skills are demonstrated by his successful record of software installations for more than 300 trucking companies of all types in the United States and Canada.  He is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, with a BS degree in Information Systems.
  • Tom Ryan, Senior Associate, has more than 30 years experience in supply chain execution, third-party logistics, supply chain systems, and information technology.  In capacities ranging from warehouse operations manager to director of information technology/CIO, he has expertise in warehousing systems and operations, transportation systems, information technology in support of supply chain operations, and asset management and tracking.  He is a graduate of West Point, with a BS degree in Engineering and has an MBA from California Lutheran University.
