  • Performed a comprehensive due diligence analysis of a 3PL for a Private Equity Group. NLA’s provided key conclusions and recommendations which ultimately resulted in funding and acquisition.
  • Performed fleet study for major grain producer that resulted in severe fleet reductions and a re-engineered distribution concept. Then performed an expansive transportation provider RFP and proceeded into chosen provider contracting, resulting in 40% reduction in transportation/distribution spend.
  • On behalf of a distressed national motor carrier, NLA negotiated with one of America’s largest transportation equipment financing facilities, forestalling the repossession of thousands of trucks and trailers. NLA reengineered client operations, and then downsized their large truck and trailer fleet, returning the company to profitability, and enabling the sale of the company without financial damage to owners, and to financiers.
